Job summary

Lendlease is seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Site Supervisors based in Victoria to join our national project portfolio. You will oversee on-site teams, ensure safety, and drive high-quality outcomes across complex builds.

You will plan and coordinate construction activities, manage subcontractors, and maintain productive, safe site environments. We value leadership, clear communication, and collaborative stakeholder engagement to deliver sustainable results.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising construction activities on site.
• Strong knowledge of safety systems and compliance requirements.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and monitor site operations.
• Knowledge of quality standards and contract specifications.
• Leadership skills to manage and develop site teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Compliance: maintain EHS standards and conduct risk assessments.
• Planning & Coordination: develop programs and monitor site progress.
• Quality Control: ensure work meets design standards and manage defects.
• Team & Resource Management: supervise apprentices and manage labour costs.
• Stakeholder Engagement: liaise with unions, consultants, authorities.
