Job summary

Clough Limited is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join the New Women and Babies Hospital Team in Perth. You will lead the project team, deliver key work packages, and manage design coordination and construction planning for a major WA hospital development.

The role requires 5–7+ years in major construction, strong communication, and a collaborative approach to drive project outcomes. Flexible and remote work options are available to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering or an associated discipline.
• Experience leading major projects and managing design and construction delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical risk management and develop innovative initiatives for the project.
• Oversee design co-ordination, commercial management, planning and delivery phases.
• Support the Project Manager with stakeholder management and contractual requirements.
• Represent the Project Manager in meetings with the Client and other stakeholders.
• Evaluate innovative design options and value-for-money initiatives before implementation.
• Prepare construction plans, programs and assist with site budgets and monthly reports.
• Collaborate with site supervisors to ensure productivity of direct hires and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress against the program and budget, reporting variances.
