Job summary

Clough Limited is seeking an experienced Cost Engineer/Cost Controller to support the Perth Women and Babies Hospital project. You will provide timely cost analysis and reporting, monitor budgets and commitments, and work with construction, procurement and commercial teams to drive informed decisions in a major Perth infrastructure initiative.

Qualifications

• Experience with large infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple active packages simultaneously.
• Proficiency in ERP software and Excel is required.

Responsibilities

• Commitment Based Cost Reporting — budget vs. committed vs. forecast.
• Prepare and analyse cost reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Work closely with construction, procurement & commercial teams to monitor budgets, commitments, expenditures & forecasts.
• Accurate cost control information including detailed analysis of budget, commitments, expenditure, forecasting & change control.
• Monitor and track project costs, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Liaise with Planning to integrate cost, physical progress, and productivity metrics.
