Job summary

You will plan, coordinate, and manage on-site activities, liaise with consultants and stakeholders, and ensure drawings and specifications are followed. The role requires post-tension concrete experience, strong financial reporting, and excellent communication skills to drive on-time, quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–15+ years’ experience in commercial construction.
• Experience with post-tension concrete structures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute construction works on site.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers and consultants on site.
• Monitor construction programs, procurement schedules and milestones.
• Support project reporting, progress claims and cost tracking.
