Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related field.
• 5–15+ years of site delivery experience.
• Experience with post-tension concrete structures.
• Knowledge of local council and regulatory standards.
• Strong financial reporting and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Project delivery and site coordination planning and execution.
• Managing subcontractors, suppliers and consultants on site.
• Monitoring construction programs, procurement schedules and milestones.
• Reviewing drawings, shop drawings and technical documentation.
• Resolving technical issues and contributing to value engineering.
• Overseeing quality control, WHS and regulatory compliance.
