Job summary

Laing O’Rourke is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead delivery of complex, multidisciplinary construction projects. You will build strong client and stakeholder relationships and coach teams to achieve high-performance outcomes on major defence infrastructure work.

Requirements include 10+ years in construction project delivery, a degree in Engineering or Construction Management, and Australian citizenship with NV1 security clearance.

• Proven track record in multidisciplinary project delivery.
• Degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Australian citizenship and NV1 security clearance requirement.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across complex, multidisciplinary projects.
• Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and supply chain.
• Coach and mentor teams to drive high-performance delivery.
• Drive strategic planning and problem-solving with commercial acumen.
• Ensure construction activities are delivered safely, on time, within budget and scope.
