Fortescue is seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join the Decarb Infrastructure Engineering team in Perth. You will coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities across multiple projects to support Fortescue’s Real Zero target and decarbonisation initiatives.

Working with Engineering Managers, Principal Engineers and stakeholders, you will monitor progress, govern changes and manage engineering and equipment supply packages throughout the project lifecycle.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience delivering engineering projects in infrastructure, industrial, mining, energy or related industries.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in engineering project planning and scheduling.
• Experience with procurement packages and reporting platforms (Power BI or similar).
• Strong organisational, planning and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with Engineering Managers and Principal Engineers to develop and optimise delivery schedules across multiple projects.
• Monitor progress, milestones, and resource requirements, and escalate risks.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, progress reports, KPIs and deliverable registers.
• Facilitate governance and reporting, including meetings and decision logging.
• Establish Engineering Change Management processes across the project lifecycle.
• Support planning, estimation, resource forecasting and continuous improvement of delivery processes.
• Manage engineering and equipment supply packages across scope, schedule, cost and supplier performance.
• Coordinate interfaces between Engineering, Procurement, Installation and Commissioning teams.
• Oversee FAT and SAT activities and ensure supplier deliverables meet requirements.
