Job summary

Fortescue Metals Group Ltd in Perth, WA, is seeking a Senior Project Analyst to support the Aftermarket portfolio. You will deliver project governance, reporting and delivery insights across multiple value streams, partnering with leaders to improve visibility and informed decision-making.

Reporting to the Project Manager – Aftermarket, you'll coordinate schedules, monitor budgets and drive continuous improvement in controls and delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in project support, controls, PMO or coordination in a complex operational setting.
• Strong grasp of scope, schedule, cost, risk, governance and stakeholder management.
• Excellent analytical skills converting data into practical insights and decisions.
• Advanced Excel and reporting tools like Power BI for project visibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project reporting, dashboards and governance documents with clear visibility of performance and risks.
• Analyse project data and trends, providing meaningful recommendations for decision-making.
• Coordinate integrated schedules across workstreams, tracking milestones and risks.
• Support business case development and governance by producing high-quality analyses and materials.
• Monitor budgets and resources, escalating variances as required.
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting and project controls across the Aftermarket portfolio.
