Multicultural Consulting Services (MCS) is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead civil or electrical solar development packages on a major Pilbara project in Western Australia. You will coordinate interfaces, oversee construction performance and mentor junior engineers on site.

The role requires a bachelor degree in Civil or Electrical, 5–8+ years in relevant sectors, and a proven track record managing complex packages.

Qualifications

• Engineering bachelor degree in Civil or Electrical, or equivalent, with eligibility for Engineers Australia membership.
• Five to eight or more years in civil construction, electrical infrastructure, renewables or major projects.
• A track record managing complex civil or electrical packages.
• Strong construction methods, contracts and project controls knowledge.
• Leadership, commercial judgement and project-system proficiency; Primavera P6 is desirable.
• Current Australian work rights.

Responsabilités

• Manage earthworks, piling and access roads or HV/MV reticulation, substations and solar array scopes.
• Track budgets, schedules, costs and delivery risks.
• Resolve technical and constructability issues.
• Prepare work scopes, estimates, methods and project documentation.
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers and multidisciplinary interfaces.
• Support procurement, subcontract administration and quality compliance.
• Mentor engineers and site teams.
