Job summary

McMahon Services is seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our Darwin-based team, delivering civil infrastructure and building projects across the Northern Territory. You’ll collaborate with Project Managers, site teams and commercial staff to drive safe, efficient project delivery and ownership of engineering outcomes.

You’ll mentor junior engineers, contribute to planning and procurement, and lead continuous improvement across delivery teams in a hands-on, team‑oriented

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience as a Senior/Project Engineer on civil infrastructure/building projects.
• Ability to coordinate large-scale construction works and manage interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering activities across civil and building projects.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, quality records and reporting.
• Support cost control, forecasting and procurement planning.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure design coordination across teams.
