Job summary

6Points is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead the engineering delivery of a Car Park package within a major transport infrastructure project in South East Queensland, Australia. The role focuses on safe access for pedestrians, vehicles and construction traffic while coordinating demolition, earthworks, drainage and pavements.

Responsibilities include design reviews, temporary-works coordination and budget management, with relocation support and a requirement for Australian experience.

Qualifications

• Engineering qualification in civil, structural or construction, or equivalent experience.
• Contractor delivery experience, including leading civil, structural or building packages in constrained environments.
• Current construction induction card and valid driver's licence
• Ability to obtain project-specific rail, site and medical competencies
• Contractor-side experience with work packs, ITPs and subcontractor coordination

About the job Senior Project Engineer - Car Park

A major transport infrastructure project (valued at more than $1 billion) is underway across South East Queensland, delivering complex rail, station and civil works. Having won numerous major projects in Queensland in the past 12 months, the head contractor is seeking a Senior Project Engineer - Car Park to lead engineering delivery of a package while maintaining safe access for users, adjacent operations and construction traffic.

Key Responsibilities
