Job summary

KMH Workforce is seeking an experienced Project Engineer for a major civil bulk earthworks project, with mobilisation from late September/early October. The role involves coordinating civil and bulk earthworks activities on site, ensuring safety, quality, and program targets are met.

You will work closely with the Project Manager and site team to review drawings, manage subcontractors, and monitor progress and costs.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in civil or related field.
• Experience on civil construction and bulk earthworks.
• Familiarity with earthworks quantities and project delivery.
• Australian working rights.
• FIFO/mining experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing and coordinating day-to-day engineering activities.
• Supporting the delivery of bulk earthworks and civil construction works.
• Monitoring project progress, costs, quality and program requirements.
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
• Preparing progress reports, quantities and project documentation.
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site crews.
• Assisting with planning, scheduling and resource management.
• Ensuring works comply with project specifications and relevant standards.
• Working closely with the Project Manager, Supervisors and client representatives.
• Identifying and resolving technical and construction issues on site.
