Job summary

Build Up Recruitment seeks an experienced Landscape Construction Manager to lead high-end residential projects across Sydney. This site-based role will oversee multiple projects, directing project managers, foremen, landscapers and labourers while ensuring quality, schedule and budget fidelity.

You will coordinate trades, interface with clients and designers, and drive process improvements across the portfolio, daily reporting to Directors. NSW permits and White Card required.

• Strong eye for quality and detail on high-end projects.

Landscape Construction Manager - High-end Residential

Construction Manager - High-End Landscape | Sydney | Salary + Super + Car (5 days per week)

We’re working with a well-established, design-led business delivering some of Sydney’s best residential landscape projects. They’re looking for an experienced Construction Manager to take charge of their construction team.

This is a site-based leadership role. You’ll be moving across a number of high-end projects, making sure each one is delivered to the right standard, and you’ll be the key link between site and office.

The Role

Oversee delivery across 4-7 active projects at any one time

Lead and support a team of Project Managers, Foremen, landscapers and labourers

Drive efficient sequencing and coordination of trades, subcontractors and the internal team

Keep quality, programme and budgets on track across all sites

Communicate project performance and risks directly to the Directors

Liaise with clients, designers and consultants as needed

Help improve systems, processes and the way projects are delivered

About You

Solid landscape construction knowledge and experience

Proven experience in a Construction Manager, Project Manager or senior site leadership role

Comfortable running multiple sites and teams at once

Strong eye for quality and detail on high-end work

Good commercial understanding of budgets, variations and labour

Clear communicator who can lead a team and build good relationships

Qualifications in Construction, Landscape Construction or Horticulture preferred

NSW Driver’s Licence and White Card

Location

Mostly Sydney metro, mainly the Lower North Shore and Eastern Suburbs

Some regional projects within 200km of Sydney

Occasional interstate travel

Salary to range between $130-160 + Super + Vehicle + Phone etc
