Hickory is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to join our team for a new $250M+ residential development in Flemington. You will lead planning, procurement, and design coordination on a major project from ground up.

The role requires 5+ years of construction experience, strong stakeholder relationships, and meticulous budgeting and scheduling. On-site coordination with a high-performing team offers a dynamic path in a leading Australian construction group.

Formación

• Experience in budgeting, cost reporting and contract oversight.

Responsabilidades

• Develop comprehensive programs and plans for work areas with timeliness.
• Oversee quality assurance to meet construction standards.
• Address design issues to maintain momentum and quality.
• Manage procurement, sourcing, negotiations and cost control.
• Provide financial oversight including cost reporting and budgets.
• Ensure safety, environmental and regulatory compliance across phases.
• Coordinate trade packages and subcontractor activities.
• Collaborate with design teams on design packages aligned to goals.
• Apply time management strategies to meet milestones.
• Utilize financial software for budgeting and forecasting.
• Maintain robust document management and tracking systems.
• Allocate resources to optimize efficiency.
• Resolve construction-related problems with analytical thinking.
• Apply The Hickory Way® principles in project management.
• Generate regular progress reports for stakeholders.
