Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a program manager delivering multiple projects.
• Proven ability to establish program structures, governance and delivery frameworks.
• Strong leadership for senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership across a portfolio of projects and core program functions.
• Establish programs, governance, delivery strategies, reporting and controls.
• Oversee multiple projects and lots to align with program objectives.
• Develop and implement program management frameworks and systems.
• Coordinate streams, manage dependencies, risks and opportunities.
• Provide strategic oversight of schedule, cost, risk, resources and delivery performance.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and delivery teams to align projects to the broader program.
• Identify and manage program-level risks, issues and constraints.
• Establish program reporting and deliver insights to leadership and clients.
