Sedgman Prudentia seeks a Project Controls Lead in Adelaide to drive cost control, scheduling, forecasting and reporting across multidisciplinary minerals processing projects. You will lead ERP/PSA system usage, develop robust plans, and support design and delivery teams throughout conception to commissioning.

The role requires a strong background in project controls, including earned value, invoicing and change management, with excellent communication skills and leadership capabilities to guide

Qualifications

• 10 years’ experience in project services within a consulting or project delivery environment.
• 5 years’ experience in a minerals processing engineering consulting environment.
• Experience using project management, cost control, scheduling, forecasting and accounting systems, including Primavera P6.
• Strong understanding of cost control, scheduling, earned value reporting, forecasting, invoicing and change management.
• Demonstrated leadership experience supporting multidisciplinary projects.
• Ability to manage project controls through changing priorities, demands and timelines.
• Strong commercial awareness and problem solving in project delivery.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.
• Strong interpersonal skills including negotiation and conflict resolution.

Responsabilités

• Deliver project controls functions across assigned projects, including cost control, scheduling, forecasting and reporting, to a high standard.
• Develop and review project plans, schedules, progress reports and project controls documentation.
• Coordinate design activities and advise on corrective action with Project Leads.
• Ensure internal project controls processes are consistently followed.
• Identify opportunities to improve project controls systems and support improvements.
• Collaborate with Project Delivery, Engineering, IT, HR and Finance teams.
• Ensure documentation and training are available for ERP and PSA systems.
• Lead effective meetings and represent the company in project controls communications.
