Job summary

PTW Architects Pty. Ltd. is seeking a Project Architect to lead projects from concept through construction, collaborating with Project Directors to deliver design excellence. You'll guide design development and coordinate across disciplines to ensure quality outcomes.

You will mentor junior staff, oversee project coordination, and ensure client briefs are realised through thoughtful, technically rigorous delivery, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and consultants.

Qualifications

• Registration as an Architect in Australia with 10+ years post-graduate experience delivering complex architectural projects.
• Proven leadership of high-quality multi-residential and large-scale projects through all stages, from concept to construction.
• Strong technical expertise in Revit and project coordination; thorough understanding of NCC, ADG and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept through to construction in collaboration with Project Directors.
• Guide design development and technical delivery, ensuring client briefs are realised with thoughtful design and delivery excellence.
• Mentor junior team members and lead project coordination across studios, sectors and regions.
