An established residential developer-builder in Sydney is seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join its growing architectural team and lead design delivery across townhouse and medium-density residential projects.

You will oversee a portfolio from concept through to detailed documentation, mentor architects, coordinate with development and construction teams, and ensure compliance and quality across the lifecycle.

Formación

• Qualified Architect with strong experience in the Australian residential sector.
• Proven ability to manage projects and lead or mentor a team.
• Proficient in Revit with strong technical documentation skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination and organisational abilities.
• Townhouse or medium-density residential experience highly regarded.
• Mandarin language skills advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Leading residential projects from concept design through to documentation.
• Managing project timelines, deliverables and design quality.
• Mentoring and supporting architects and architectural designers.
• Coordinating with internal development and construction teams.
• Ensuring documentation meets relevant standards and compliance requirements.
• Contributing to the delivery of townhouse and medium-density residential projects.
