The role oversees two project officers and two library staff, driving strategic health outcomes and staff engagement across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex projects and portfolios with competing priorities.
• Experience using MS Office and digital information systems for data analysis and reporting.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities within prescribed timeframes.
• Proven personnel management and team leadership capabilities.
• Ability to work a 5-day roster (Mon-Fri).
• Current NSW Driver's Licence (P1/P2 acceptable).
