Job summary

Sydney Local Health District is seeking a qualified manager to lead the statewide Drug and Alcohol Health Services Library. The role focuses on developing and leading strategies to address drug and alcohol harms, while supporting the DHS Executive and service teams with timely, accurate project delivery.

The position also involves supervising two project officers and two library staff, ensuring initiatives stay within scope, time and budget and align with organisational priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading complex projects and managing a portfolio of initiatives with high level competing priorities, ensuring outcomes are achieved within scope, time and budget.
• Current NSW Drivers Licence (P1 and P2 acceptable).

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a community strategy to address drug and alcohol harms and public amenity issues, and to develop and lead a staff engagement strategy to promote and support workplace culture.
• Oversee projects and tasks to support the DHS Executive and service teams, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage two project officers and two library staff.
