Exclaim IT is seeking an experienced Program Scheduler to support a major government reform program focused on strengthening regulatory capability and implementing legislative changes. You will manage and monitor schedules, coordinate activities across multiple workstreams and deliver accurate reporting to executives.

The role requires strong experience with ICT programs, Microsoft Project, and DevOps, with a focus on governance, risk management and continuous process improvement.

Competenze

• Experience managing schedules within large ICT projects or programs.
• Hands-on Microsoft Project scheduling proficiency.
• DevOps experience.
• Experience managing complex schedules, dependencies, milestones and critical paths.
• Experience preparing executive-level reporting and governance documentation.
• Experience in government programs or large-scale transformation.
• Understanding of program governance, reporting frameworks and stakeholder management.
• Experience supporting PMOs.
• Knowledge of legislative and regulatory environments.
