Job summary

BLACKROC Recruitment is seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to join a large-scale government ICT reform program. You will develop and maintain the integrated master schedule, coordinating milestones and dependencies across multiple workstreams to support executive decision-making.

The role requires strong MS Project skills, excellent stakeholder engagement, and the ability to manage priorities in a highly governed environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing schedules across large-scale ICT projects or programs.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project.
• Experience with dependency management, critical path analysis and schedule reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in complex, highly governed environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and manage the integrated master program schedule.
• Coordinate milestones, dependencies, deliverables and critical path activities across multiple workstreams.
• Monitor program progress, identify scheduling risks and interventions.
• Work with stakeholders to validate schedules and provide accurate reporting.
• Prepare executive-level reports, briefs and program documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve scheduling processes and reporting.
