Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing schedules within large ICT projects or programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project for scheduling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail, analysis and investigative abilities.
• Ability to make sensitive decisions within legislative parameters.
• Active AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support and oversee schedules, plans, dependencies and timeline monitoring.
• Maintain, monitor and analyse the master program schedule with stakeholders.
• Produce high-quality documentation for status reports to executives and steering committee.
• Manage quality assurance for briefs, presentations and reports.
• Evaluate program activity progress, identify risks and develop interventions.
• Support detailed program reporting activities and provide specialist advice and reporting.
• Support strategic uplift of program scheduling and reporting artefacts.
• Make decisions using sound judgement within delegated authority.
• Perform additional duties or assume responsibility as directed.
