Job summary

Broadleaf Projects in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Program and Project Analyst to support the delivery of asset, energy and capital works projects. You will work with large datasets, develop reporting outputs, and contribute to governance and controls across multiple programs.

This role blends data analytics with hands-on project and program delivery, including risk tracking, schedule management and feasibility assessments, with a flexible hybrid work arrangement and occasional client-site

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years’ experience in data analytics.
• Experience on programs involving asset replacement, construction, infrastructure and/or Net Zero.
• Experience contributing to strategy development or program planning processes.
• Strong capability in Excel, including structured data analysis, financial modelling and reporting.
• Experience with large/complex datasets.
• Sound financial literacy, including cost tracking and forecasting.
• Experience developing or maintaining structured reporting frameworks.
• High attention to detail and accuracy; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Data Analytics & Reporting: manage, clean and structure large datasets; produce dashboards and written summaries.
• Program & Project Delivery Support: assist with schedules, cost plans, cash flow forecasts and risk registers.
• Energy & Asset Performance: analyse energy data and emissions reporting; baselining and tracking programs.
• AI Development & Process Integration: support AI-enabled analytics tools and automated workflows.
• Stakeholder Engagement: collaborate with Directors, Project Managers, engineers and sustainability specialists.
• Tools & Systems: use Excel, Power BI and ArcGIS to visualise asset and program insights.
