Job summary

Talent is working with a large values-focused Federal Government Agency to recruit an experienced EL2 Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of several complex, cross-functional projects focused on improving program integrity. This senior role spans business, technology, change and operations to translate strategic goals into roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

You will establish clear roadmaps and backlogs, manage risks and dependencies, apply Agile practices and ensure government milestones

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience managing complex cross-functional projects using Agile methodologies.
• Strong working knowledge in Identity, Payment/Claim Processing or Integrity.
• Current NV1 security clearance highly preferred.
• Federal Government program/project delivery experience highly favoured.
• Strong senior stakeholder management, communication and influencing capability.

Our client is a large values-focused Federal Government Agency seeking an experienced EL2 Program Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of several complex, cross-functional projects focused on improving program integrity.

This is a senior delivery role working across business, technology, change and operational teams to translate strategic goals into clear roadmaps, delivery schedules and measurable outcomes.

ROLE DETAILS:

Location: Melbourne or Geelong VIC
Contract: 12 months + 12-month extension option
Working arrangement: Hybrid - full time (37.5hrs/wk)
Security: NV1 clearance highly preferred; candidates must at minimum be able to obtain NV1
Eligibility: Australian Citizen mandatory

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Proven delivery experience across business, technology, enabling services and external stakeholders.
• Strong senior stakeholder management, communication and influencing capability.
