Job summary

RPS in Alice Springs seeks a Senior Program Manager to shape communities through high-profile government and client-side projects. You will lead programs, influence outcomes, and drive critical initiatives with autonomy and collaboration.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years’ delivery, strong leadership, and excellent communication, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and contract administration. Hybrid work and relocation benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in construction project/program delivery on the client side.
• Qualifications in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Strong knowledge of construction contract administration, especially Managing Contractor Contracts.
• Excellent client, stakeholder, and team leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; MS Project preferred.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Construction Site WHS training completed.
• AIPM Certification (or equivalent) highly regarded.
