Job summary

RPS, a Tetra Tech company, seeks a client-side Project Manager in Alice Springs to drive delivery of building, property and infrastructure projects. The role is full-time and permanent, working with government and private sector clients to deliver successful outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years' recent construction project experience, professional PM qualifications, and strong contract administration skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project experience; underground infrastructure desirable.
• Qualifications in project management, architecture, engineering, construction management or similar.
• Experience managing contracts and contract administration; contractor management desirable.
• Strong client and stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Excellent reporting/writing skills; proficient in MS Office and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Deliver building, property and infrastructure projects for government and private clients.
• Lead client engagement, reporting and governance across projects.
• Manage contracts, changes and compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams to achieve outcomes.
• Provide mentorship and ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
