Job summary

Leidos Australia is seeking a skilled Program Financial Analyst to drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making across IT and national security programs. You will partner with program teams, deliver cost analysis, and lead monthly reporting in a collaborative, security-cleared environment.

The role emphasizes governance, cross-functional coordination and data-driven insights to influence budgeting and resource allocation across complex programs.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to build strong business partnerships and manage stakeholders across functions and geographies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate competing priorities and deliver outcomes within deadlines.
  • Strong experience in financial management, reporting and governance, with a track record of supporting project delivery teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Experience with global business environment and financial systems such as CostPoint, OAC or OBI.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with program and project teams, and stakeholders across finance, delivery and operations to provide strategic financial advice aligned to operational goals and contractual commitments.
  • Provide decision support through cost analysis, scenario modelling and risk assessment to enable proactive financial management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with program and project teams, and stakeholders across finance, delivery and operations to provide strategic financial advice aligned to operational goals and contractual commitments.

  • Experience working in a global business environment, ideally with financial systems such as CostPoint, OAC or OBI.

This role requires the successful applicant to be an Australian citizen and hold, or be eligible to obtain, a Baseline security clearance.
