Qualifications

• Extensive experience in senior program, project or change management roles.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, complex transformation or implementation programs.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams within complex or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex programs and business change initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.
• Develop integrated program delivery plans with milestones, dependencies, resources and readiness.
• Coach and develop multidisciplinary teams of project managers, business analysts and change professionals.
• Drive program performance with clear standards, governance and reporting processes.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, risks and dependencies and implement mitigation strategies.
