Job summary

The Victorian Government seeks a Senior Program Advisor for Career Start to lead on professional learning design, systems development or policy evaluation. You will work with regional teams to address complex challenges and manage program budgets with strong governance.

You will report to the Manager of the Career Start Policy and Implementation team and may supervise others to deliver high-quality work in a collaborative division.

Qualifications

• Experience in professional learning design, development and facilitation.
• Experience in teaching and learning, project management and governance.
• Knowledge of customer relationship management systems (CRMs) is desirable.
• Ability to analyse policy and implement improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead on program implementation aspects within Career Start.
• Manage budgets and ensure governance for the program.
• Collaborate with regional teams to address challenges.
• Oversee evaluation, continuous improvement and reporting.
• Develop and mentor other team members to deliver quality work.
