Job summary

The Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority (VCAA) is seeking a Project Advisor to support performance and contract management, program delivery, and local area engagement within the Curriculum Division.

You will coordinate project activities, manage schedules and governance documents, collect and report stakeholder feedback, assist with procurement, and build cross‑team relationships to improve professional learning and curriculum resources.

Qualifications

• Highly developed skill in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience in project management and stakeholder management.
• Desirable: Experience using work management software.
• Desirable: Experience publishing website content using a content management system.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, timelines, deliverables and reporting requirements.
• Manage project schedules, action registers, risks and governance documentation.
• Monitor progress and prepare reports, briefs and presentations for governance processes.
• Collect, analyse and report stakeholder feedback and evaluation findings.
• Support procurement and contract management processes including specifications and invoices.
• Build and edit content in CMS and support communications to promote curriculum resources.
