Job summary

Skretting seeks an Operations Associate to support production lines in Tasmania. You will perform discharge, load, transport, cleaning, labeling and equipment operation to ensure safe, efficient processes.

You will also conduct routine maintenance checks, log production data, and flag deviations for supervisor review while upholding SHEQ standards and maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• Operate all equipment to maintain safe, efficient production processes.
• Maintain safety, environmental and quality procedures.
• Log data and support continuous improvements.

Responsibilities

• Execute operational activities including discharge, load, transport, clean, label, and operate production equipment.
• Periodically inspect and perform small maintenance tasks on equipment.
• Log production orders and activities in logbooks/systems for full traceability.
• Identify deviations and suggest improvements to supervisors.
• Work in compliance with SHEQ and safety regulations.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and production lines.
