This is a FIFO role based in Laverton, VIC, Australia, servicing Granny Smith Mine.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production plans aligned to short- and medium-term targets to optimise ore extraction while controlling dilution.
• Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly plans for Granny Smith Mine.
• Ensure stope designs and drill-and-blast plans maximise output.
• Maintain strong communication to keep goals aligned across the mining team.
