You will lead product managers and applications teams, shaping pricing, messaging, and go-to-market plans to advance customer workflows and market share.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years product management experience.
• Experience with Spectroscopy & Chemical Standard consumables is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and coaching skills with a track record of achieving goals.
• Ability to set priorities and deliver timelines aligned with business goals.
• Proven ability to define market strategies and programs to meet revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Define overall pricing strategy, messaging, positioning, and configuration for financial performance.
• Lead a team of product managers for the Spectroscopy & Chemical Standard consumables portfolio.
• Manage a team of application scientists to develop data proofs and application collateral.
• Drive market research, competitive analysis and voice of customer to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, engineering, sales and manufacturing to achieve objectives.
• Develop global lead generation plans and sales training to enable effective positioning.
• Deliver presentations at conferences, workshops, and customer sites.
