Job summary

Zip Co in Sydney/Melbourne is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead Agentic Commerce and Tokenisation initiatives. You will own the product vision and roadmap, shaping how Zip becomes a discoverable and usable payment option within AI-led shopping experiences.

You will work across Engineering, Design, Data, Risk, Fraud, Compliance, Payments and Commercial teams to deliver secure, customer-ready experiences while balancing innovation with reliability and regulatory obligations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in payments, cards, banking or fintech.
• Strong commercial and analytical capability with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to lead across cross-functional teams in ambiguous, emerging spaces.

Responsibilities

• Define and own vision, strategy and roadmap for Agentic Commerce and Tokenisation.
• Shape how customers discover and select Zip across AI assistants and emerging experiences.
• Build a test-and-learn portfolio, validate assumptions and invest based on evidence.
• Partner with merchants to present Zip as a payment option in new experiences.
• Collaborate with Engineering to define protocols and tokenisation capabilities for secure payments.
• Foster external partnerships to bring Zip to priority surfaces.
• Align teams around shared outcomes and regulatory obligations.
• Define OKRs and communicate progress tied to commercial outcomes.
• Translate opportunities into customer-ready capabilities and drive growth.
