Job summary

UpGuard is hiring a Senior Product Manager to shape and drive product strategy for the CRPM platform. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features that solve real customer problems and deliver measurable value.

This role emphasizes strategic thinking, technical acumen, and strong design sensibility, with the option for a fully remote arrangement within Australia.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager in a SaaS or tech environment.

• Strong understanding of data and metrics to inform product decisions.

Where does this role fit in?

As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and driving UpGuard’s product strategy. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features, ensuring our solutions address real customer problems and deliver measurable value. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building customer-first products, with a strong blend of strategic thinking, technical acumen, and design sensibility.

What will you do?

• Define and own the strategic vision and roadmap for key areas of the UpGuard platform, guiding initiatives from discovery through delivery while ensuring long-term impact and alignment with business goals.


• Partner with Engineering, Design, and other stakeholders to define, build, and launch products that delight customers and align with business objectives.


• Translate customer problems and opportunities into clear, actionable product requirements.


• Collaborate with Design to craft thoughtful, intuitive user experiences and maintain design consistency across the platform.

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager, ideally in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
