Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager in SaaS/tech.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales).
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the strategic vision and roadmap for UpGuard platform areas.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, and stakeholders to build and launch products that delight customers and align with business objectives.
• Translate customer problems into clear, actionable product requirements.
• Collaborate with Design to craft intuitive user experiences and maintain design consistency.
• Balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints to prioritise impactful work.
• Champion a customer-first mindset and advocate for meaningful solutions.
• Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders at all levels.
• Analyse performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and iteration.
