Zurich Insurance is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the AI Discoverability Squad in Australia. You will drive visibility across AI platforms, turning evolving capabilities into competitive advantage, shaping strategy, roadmaps and go-to-market plans.

You’ll work with senior partners to connect discoverability efforts to customer outcomes and business impact while navigating ambiguity with pragmatic, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in AI or organic search, digital product and analytics.
• Strong ability to translate trends into strategy and roadmaps.
• Proven track record turning opportunities into commercially valuable outcomes.
• Comfort working in ambiguity and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and roadmap for AI Discoverability across channels.
• Define go-to-market strategies spanning owned, earned and paid media.
• Set priorities, measure impact, and optimize visibility and share of voice.
• Collaborate with Head of Brand and Marketing and global teams.
