Zurich is seeking a Senior Product Manager – Consumer Channel & Capability to shape market-leading consumer experiences as it becomes a product-led, AI-first insurer. • Tertiary qualifications or substantial relevant experience in digital product management and product leadership.
• Strong experience launching and managing products across start-up and enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with design and engineering teams to build high-quality products.
• Experience scaling products from start-up to scale-up environments will be highly regarded.
• Experience with Agentic AI use cases will be highly regarded.

As Senior Product Manager – Consumer Channel & Capability, you’ll help shape market-leading consumer experiences as Zurich continues its evolution towards becoming a product-led, AI-first insurer. You’ll lead an empowered product team(s) to solve meaningful customer problems and create simple, seamless and intelligent experiences that drive growth, engagement and loyalty.
You’ll own your product’s strategy, vision and outcomes, working closely with design and engineering to discover opportunities, test ideas and bring innovative digital and conversational experiences to market. Your work will help reimagine how customers interact with Zurich through emerging technologies including generative AI, automation and virtual assistants surfaced through multiple channels.

You will also be responsible for the following:

• Define and champion a clear, data-informed product strategy and roadmap, aligned to business outcomes, customer expectations and future proof technology.
• Continuously uncover unmet customer needs and business opportunities through research, analytics, market insight and experimentation.
• Rapidly test innovative ideas with customers, learning quickly and scaling the solutions that deliver value.
• Define meaningful product metrics, monitor performance and use insights to guide product decisions.
• Prioritise the highest-value customer opportunities while maintaining a strong focus on product quality.
• Partner closely with design, engineering and key stakeholders to shape and deliver the product strategy.

You’re curious, commercially minded and energised by solving meaningful customer problems. You take ownership of outcomes, communicate openly and bring stakeholders with you while balancing customer insight, data and judgement to make confident decisions.
In order to be successful, you will have the following:

• Tertiary qualifications or substantial relevant experience in digital product management and product leadership.
• Strong experience launching and managing products across start-up and enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with design and engineering teams to build high-quality products.
• Experience scaling products or businesses from start-up to scale-up environments will be highly regarded.
• Experience with Agentic AI use cases will be highly regarded.
