Job summary

CPH Group, based in Geelong, is seeking a senior product manager with a supply chain/procurement background to own an over-$6M inventory portfolio. You will manage sourcing, product lifecycle, and supplier relationships while driving quality and efficiency.

You’ll build simple, scalable systems for forecasting, procurement, and QC in collaboration with the CFO and overseas partners. Experience with Claude AI and NetSuite/Netstock is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Strong numerical and analytical skills and ability to manage a multi‑million dollar inventory.
• Experience dealing with overseas manufacturers (ideally in China) and supplier negotiations.
• Proven track record building simple, scalable systems and processes with AI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a $6M+ inventory portfolio, forecast, order and manage stock levels.
• Lead supplier relationships, negotiate terms and manage overseas manufacturer agreements.
• Develop new products, retire underperforming lines and maintain specs and technical docs.
• Set quality standards and coordinate with the China QC partner on inspections.
• Run warranty processes, recover costs, and report trends to prevent repeats.
• Build and improve systems and processes using Claude AI for the whole team.
