CPH Group, based in Geelong, is seeking a senior product manager with a supply chain/procurement background to own an over-$6M inventory portfolio. You will manage sourcing, product lifecycle, and supplier relationships while driving quality and efficiency.
You’ll build simple, scalable systems for forecasting, procurement, and QC in collaboration with the CFO and overseas partners. Experience with Claude AI and NetSuite/Netstock is highly valued.
CPH Group is a family-owned, founder-led business based in Geelong. Under the PROBOND and PROGRAFIK divisions within the group we supply pre coated aluminium sheet and self-adhesive vinyls to Signmakers and Printers, RV manufacturers and Cladders across Australia. We’re growing, we move quickly, and we have a friendly team that genuinely backs each other.
This is a senior, hands-on role that owns everything product. You’ll manage an inventory portfolio of over $6 million and work closely with our Business Unit Managers to decide what we sell, where we source it, how it’s made and when it’s time to retire it. You’ll be the guardian of product quality, from factory floor to customer site.
You’ll also build the systems and processes behind it, and keep them simple. We want someone who uses Claude to analyse the numbers, cut out manual work and make quick, well-informed decisions.
You’ll report to the CFO and lead our Purchasing and Inventory Controller and our contracted QC partner in China. You’ll also be the lead contact for our overseas suppliers.

Keep warranty documentation current, and report on claim trends to prevent repeat problems
Systems and processes
Build simple, repeatable systems, reports and workflows using Claude AI that the whole team can follow
You’re hungry, humble and smart. You’re great with numbers and highly organised. You get things done quickly and you don’t let issues sit. You have a sharp eye for quality, and you won’t accept “close enough” from a supplier. You like building better ways of working, and you know the best system is usually the simplest one. You already use Claude AI, or you’ll embrace it from day one.
