Senior Product Designer – Enterprise SaaS & UX

Zusammenfassung

Walk the Dragon is an Australia-based startup seeking a hands-on Product Designer with deep UI/UX experience in enterprise SaaS. You will lead the design of employee and enterprise experiences, informed by customer feedback and product analytics to improve activation, adoption and retention.

You will collaborate with engineering and product teams, translate needs into clear requirements, and contribute to a small, fast-moving team. This role requires five days per week in-office in Sydney.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of hands-on UI/UX or product design experience, including enterprise SaaS or complex business applications.
• Excellent Figma skills with a portfolio showing shipped products, dashboards and thoughtful interaction design.
• Ability to interpret usage analytics and customer feedback to guide product design decisions.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end UX and UI design for Walk the Dragon's employee platform, onboarding, cognitive training, assessments, mindfulness experiences and enterprise dashboards.
• Create user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
• Design enterprise workflows, dashboards, reporting views and role-based experiences for employees, managers and admins.
• Maintain a scalable design system with reusable components, responsive layouts and accessible patterns.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure design feasibility and quality through delivery.
