Job summary

Domain Group is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead complex experiences within a SaaS product for agents and related teams. You will partner with product and engineering to translate strategy into user-centered design, mentors, and extend the design system.

In this hybrid Sydney role, you will prioritise ruthlessly, advocate for quality, and shape product direction with strong stakeholder collaboration. A strong portfolio and design leadership are essential.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in product design or UX/UI design.
Strong portfolio showing user-centered design outcomes.
Experience collaborating with product, eng and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design initiatives aligned to product strategy and business goals.
Conduct user research, usability testing and discovery to uncover insights.
Create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs balancing user needs and feasibility.
Champion design system consistency and contribute to design standards.
Partner with PMs, Engineers and cross-functional teams to inform direction.
Facilitate design critiques and promote new tools and processes.
