This hands-on Senior Product Designer role reports to our Head of Design and has significant influence over how product experience and design capability evolve as AI changes development.

Qualifications

• Senior‑level experience in product and UX/UI design with end‑to‑ship delivery.
• Experience building a design system from scratch or evolving one.
• Strong portfolio across complex user flows and production delivery.
• Experience using Claude and Figma AI in the design process.
• Prototyping capability for concept exploration and validation.
• Strong design‑to‑development handoff capabilities.
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Degree in design or related field; eligible to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Lead product UX/UI design for signed‑in customer and internal ops platform.
• Drive major new and redesigned experiences from discovery to delivery.
• Evolve the design system with components, tokens and docs.
• Run user research and usability testing to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on tokens and specs.
• Support broader design initiatives as needed.
