Job summary

MYOB is seeking a Senior Product Designer, AI Experiences, to craft AI-enabled workflows across accounting, banking and operations. You will work end-to-end from discovery to delivery, shaping how AI shows up in MYOB products with strong design judgment.

You will collaborate closely with product, engineering and data science teams to deliver intuitive, trustworthy experiences while balancing automation and user control.

Qualifications

• Experience designing AI-powered, automated, data-driven products.
• Experience with end-to-end product design in complex systems.
• Knowledge of responsible AI principles and user trust.

Responsibilities

• Define AI-enabled workflows that reduce user effort across accounting, banking, and operations.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers and data scientists to translate AI capabilities into intuitive experiences.
• Lead design governance of AI patterns and balance automation with transparency and control.
