Job summary

Mable is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our close-knit design team in Sydney. You’ll own the quality of design work end-to-end within your squad, from problem framing to polished execution using our design system.

You’ll bring user research and data to form clear product recommendations, manage stakeholders, and tell design stories that align teams. You’ll help shape how we design across the Customer Experience function.

Qualifications

• Strong craft and strategic thinking for product design.
• Experience leading design work in cross-functional squads.
• Proven ability to conduct user research and synthesize insights.
• Proficiency with design systems and scalable components.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design quality within your squad, from framing to polished execution.

About the role:

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer who brings strong craft, strategic thinking, and the confidence to drive great outcomes inside a cross-functional squad. You'll be the designer within your squad, owning the quality of the design work end-to-end, from early problem framing through to polished execution using our design system.

You'll bring user research and data together to form clear product recommendations, manage stakeholders, and tell compelling design stories that create alignment. You'll contribute to design culture across the Customer Experience team, and you'll help shape how we design.

You'll be joining a close-knit design team of 15, supported by Design Managers and working alongside other experienced product designers.
