Job summary

CommBank is accelerating its ambition to be a product-led organisation. The Senior Product Coach will lead across crews, domains and portfolios, acting as a trusted advisor to leaders and senior product practitioners.

You will leverage extensive product coaching experience to influence major product and investment decisions, uplift portfolio-level prioritisation and embed practices for discovery, experimentation and outcome measurement.

Qualifications

• Led or coached product strategy across multiple domains or portfolios.
• Accountable for customer and commercial outcomes.
• Managed complex prioritisation and investment trade-offs in value-driven environments.
• Deep expertise in discovery, experimentation and outcome measurement.
• Credible at executive level to influence high-stakes decisions.
• Systems thinking to identify barriers to product performance.
• Coaches leaders with clarity, confidence and empathy.
• Strong judgement across innovation, risk, governance and regulatory contexts.
• Leverages emerging technologies, including AI, to unlock enterprise value.

Responsibilities

• Coach leaders across multiple crews and domains with deep product knowledge.
• Strengthen portfolio-level prioritisation and investment trade-offs.
• Influence enterprise-level product strategy execution and value realisation.
• Embed advanced discovery, experimentation and outcome measurement practices.
• Partner with leaders to align customer outcomes, commercial outcomes and delivery performance.
• Identify systemic constraints to value flow and lead cross-domain experiments.
• Elevate leadership capability in product decision-making and strategic judgement.
• Contribute to the evolution of enterprise product standards and coaching practice.
