South32 Limited is seeking a Superintendent Processing Services for a permanent role in Queensland. The position offers a 4:3 roster with FIFO options from Brisbane or Townsville and DIDO from Mount Isa, Cloncurry and McKinlay Shires, providing leadership across ROM operations, water management, tailings and onsite power services.

• Experience leading mining or mineral processing operations.
• Knowledge of GISTM guidelines and tailings governance.
• Proven ability to manage contractors and multi-disciplinary teams.

• Provide leadership and governance across ROM operations, water management, tailings and power services.
• Govern contractor performance and ensure service delivery and commercial obligations.
• Support transition plans including mine-to-mill integration and future infrastructure.
