South32 Group Operations Pty. Ltd. in Queensland seeks a Coordinator Processing Services to coordinate planning, delivery and performance of processing support services for safe, reliable operations.

This permanent role offers an 8:6 roster with FIFO from Brisbane or Townsville and DIDO from Mount Isa, Cloncurry and McKinlay Shires. You will manage water treatment, spillage recovery, budgets and contractor performance, while leading teams and maintaining environmental commitments.

Qualificações

• Experience in mineral processing or mining operations with contractor management.
• Strong team leadership and development skills for engagement and inclusion.
• Clear communication and stakeholder relationship capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate contractor work plans, resources and site standards.
• Manage water treatment, dewatering and wet season preparedness to meet environmental obligations.
• Oversee spillage recovery, minor works and tailings-related activities.
• Monitor budgets, review contractor claims and implement service improvements.
