Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Chemical Engineering is mandatory.
• Proven leadership in mining or mineral processing.

Aufgaben

• Lead and support processing personnel to achieve production, safety and cost objectives.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with procedures and statutory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance plant performance, efficiency and reliability.
• Manage departmental budgets, forecasting and expenditure to achieve targets.
• Identify operational risks and implement practical controls and mitigation strategies.
• Develop training, succession planning and workforce development programs.
• Mentor and coach direct reports to build capability and accountability.
• Oversee reporting processes and provide timely updates to site leadership.
